JAMES CAAN IS BEING WATCHED INSIDE HIS HOUSE BY "THE GOOD NEIGHBOR" - OR IS HE?...THE HORROR!

Film Review: 'The Good Neighbor'

Two suburban teenagers use surveillance equipment to torment a disliked elderly neighbor in the suspense drama "The Good Neighbor" (originally titled "The Waiting"). 'The Good Neighbor' is a captivating mystery disguised as a horror movie

The Good Neighbor could also be titled When Scaring Someone Goes Wrong. Built on a familiar premise, the new feature from Kasra Farahani finds a way to blend heart, humor, and mystery in a way that is utterly compelling from beginning to end.
