5 HORRIFIC SEAN PENN FLICK PICKS! - ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CAMERA IN "THE CROSSING GUARD"

Jack - on a vengeance,
he must get his man.
David Morse is his man,
a rehabilitated gentle giant.
Robin Penn wants to free him.
In this great scene, she tries to
get him to step outside himself
and dance. And oh, can she dance!
Priscilla Barnes in a rare
appearance as a stripper.

MOVIE REVIEW : 'Crossing Guard' Allows Emotion to Be Its Guide

Sean Penn brings the same visceral intensity and raw emotionality to writing and directing as he does to acting, and while that may sound like a good thing, it finally isn't. Movie Review - - FILM REVIEW;From Sean Penn, a Raw Style and a Vision - NYTimes.com

Sean Penn is a slugger of a film maker, whether pummeling his audience with the obvious or hammering home the heartfelt and true. His second feature, "The Crossing Guard," has the same brute force that made his "Indian Runner" such a gripping oddity, bearing the distinctive stamp of Mr. Penn's raw, searching style.

It's the Chupacabra, run for your lives....THE HORROR!!
