BILL PAXTON IS TRYING TO RESTORE LAW AND ORDER IN THE "SLIPSTREAM"! - 1989 B-SCI FI SHEER HORROR

The Horror!! A young Bill Paxton shines bright in this ill-fated sci-fi missfire. However, not him nor any of the other good acting talent like F Murray Abraham can save this mega-flop. The first half of the picture is pretty decent still and production design is not bad considering what they had to work with.
